 H. H. Holmes? Who was one of the first documented serial killers in the United States. In the late 1800s, he operated a hotel in Chicago that was nicknamed the “Murder Castle.” He would lure people to the hotel with the promise of jobs or rooms for rent, and then he would murder them and steal their belongings. He was eventually caught and sentenced to death, but not before he had killed dozens of people. This case is fascinating because it shows how serial killers have been operating in the United States for a long time. 


Holmes was a very unusual criminal because he was highly intelligent and well-educated. He was a medical student and had a deep knowledge of anatomy and chemistry. He used this knowledge to commit his crimes and cover up his tracks. He also had an understanding of human psychology, which allowed him to manipulate and control his victims. He was truly a mastermind of crime, and his story is both fascinating and terrifying. 


After he was caught, Holmes confessed to 27 murders, but some experts believe that he may have killed as many as 200 people. His crimes were so horrific that he was dubbed the “Devil in the White City.” Even after his death, he remains a source of fascination for true crime fans and historians. There’s another serial killer who was active around the same time as Holmes: Carl Panzram. Panzram was born in 1891 and had a very troubled childhood. He was sent to reform school at a young age, and he later spent time in prison. During his life, he claimed to have committed more than 22 murders. He also admitted to hundreds of robberies, rapes, and other crimes. Panzram was eventually executed for his crimes, but his story is just as horrifying as that of Hol

 In March of 2017, 14-year-old Bobby was reported missing from his home in Phoenix, Arizona. His mother, Sarah Linhart, told police that she had last seen him at their home the previous evening. She said that Bobby had taken a shower and gone to bed, and she assumed he was still in his room when she woke up the next morning.
